A leader's role is to create an environment where others can find their own sources of motivation for themselves, so that they can become self-motivated, AND, where that motivation can grow and thrive. In this way a leader can empower and support their people’s growth and development.

In this 2-hour course, we'll cover three ways to build motivation with your virtual teams:

• Be a role model by discovering living out your own motivation.
• Helping others discover their own sources and style of motivation.
• Creating a conducive environment and removing roadblocks.
