Get Focused, Stay Focused, Refocus.

PRESENTING:

Get Focused, Stay Focused, Refocus.

Course Overview and Objectives

In the virtual environment - especially if you’re in a “suddenly virtual” situation - it seems there are more demands coming at us from all sides than ever before.

In this 2-hour course, we will discuss useful tactics in three areas:

  • Sorting Distractions from Priorities: The first thing we have to do is distinguish between what is truly important and adds value versus what is demanding our time but shouldn’t necessarily receive it.
  • Mindful Re-Focusing: We’ll help you get focused, stay focused, and then Mindfully Re-Focus when necessary.
  • Using the Tools: In each section we’ll offer a few tips on using Technology Tools to support your planning, focus and productivity, rather than distracting you from it.

Refocusing is the capacity to intentionally move your focus and attention from one significant task to a completely different engagement. It’s not multitasking, which is juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
