This big picture is not static; it's not standing still! If you can better understand this dynamic system that you're part of, you'll be better able to navigate and even influence that system, to more effectively achieve the results you’re after.

Ethical Political Savvy

Whether you like it or not, you are part of a political system. You are part of a system of relationships and influence in your organization. Even your family is a political organization as you are probably well aware. It’s not a question of whether you like it or not, or whether it interests you or not. It’s a question of whether or not you want to achieve results.
